A request arrives
Every company gets its own mailbox, hello.your-company@enigmatrans.eu, or connects Gmail, Outlook or IMAP. Requests, CMRs and invoices land in Intake, sorted automatically.

Route, cargo, dates, price and client are read from the email. You check and confirm — Enigma never acts on its own unless you allow it.

Your own truck and driver, an external carrier with its agreed cost, or another company on ENIGMA that accepts the order in its own account.

Permissions you agree
Access is consented by the connected company, limited to what it grants — orders, fleet, drivers, documents, invoices, GPS — and can be withdrawn at any time.

Driving rules checked on the order itself
Enigma knows the EU 561/2006 limits — 4h30 then a break, 9 or 10 hours a day, 56 a week — and asks for the driver's times when there is no tachograph or GPS, so a load is never planned on hours the driver does not have.

Enigma OS is hosted in the EU on Scaleway, and is part of the Scaleway Startup Program.
